....I think I like homemade cookies better than store-bought. I have two boxes of amazing cookies from Trader Joe's but just had a dough ball that I put in the freezer last week after not wanting to cook the two cookies left of cookie dough. Dough ball was far superior to either cookie.
Just some....oh....this is bad.....food for thought.
:) I also love homemade cookies, but hate making them. I can make the dough just fine, but when it gets to having to portion out each cookie several times-I hate it. I have started making large batches of cookies when I do make them so I don't have to do it for a long time. I bought a box mix for sugar cookies so I would hopefully not get bored making sugar cookies with Ezra this weekend. I have always admired your patience in making baked goods.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yeah I find it very theraputic to bake but after several batches of cookies I get tired of putting them in the oven over and over again and waiting on them to cook. Those cookie mixes aren't too shabby! I am doing sugar cookies this weekend as well :)
